Implementation Commons - Rural Tele-behavioral Health and Integrated Care: The Faith Net Program

You're warmly invited to join us for the CCEDIR Implementation Commons — an informal seminar series highlighting community-engaged implementation research in action. Heather Terwiske is the Manager of Behavioral Health Therapy Services and Deaconess Clinical Behavioral Health with Deaconess Memorial Medical Center in Jasper, IN. She provides administrative support at Deaconess for the Faith Net project. Leah Lawyer is a clinical provider for the Faith Net project and has experience providing direct care to patients who are triaged through the Faith Net program. Jon Agley is an Associate Professor of Applied Health Science in the School of Public Health-Bloomington and Interim Executive Director of Prevention Insights. They will be introducing the Faith Net program, a tele-psychiatry and integrated care project in southern Indiana.
