"I would recommend the GOAL program to all families looking to help their child or family make healthy lifestyle changes. There is so much information and misinformation out there, it can be really challenging to navigate and make good choices for your family. The staff at GOAL does a great job of building a rapport with each child and family and they make the activities fun so they look forward to GOAL each week. The single most important thing both of my kids took away from this program was improved self-esteem. I think they believe in themselves because they have built a momentum by setting and meeting goals. They have also experienced balance and feeling GOOD after exercise and having more energy. It's very clear the staff at GOAL is genuinely invested in every family's success and the activities are planned to provide education and experience. It's awesome!" - GOAL Parent

"I enjoyed coming to GOAL because it makes me feel good about myself and confident to work harder. Plus everyone at GOAL is really nice and fun to be around." - GOAL Participant
"Everyone was very nice and approachable. They seemed truly interested in the participants and had fun with the activities, too. To our family, GOAL means a program that helped us make better food choices and become more active. We realized it’s a lifestyle and not something that you can do for a short time. To other families, I would say “go for it!” You will learn a lot and have fun at the same time. The tools that we were given to work with workbook, cookbook, and restaurant book were awesome. We will keep those as references for a long time. A big thank you to everyone at GOAL!" - GOAL Parent
